What was missing wasn't code. It was a room saying so out loud.
kevin-chat now opens with a message that isn't a message — not in messages, not in WAS, can't be flushed, always first. It points at /app/bulletin-board?id=elf-map: the board already seeded from plan1's own elf graph, no map underneath it at all. Click a node, it opens that elf. That board existed before today. Linking to it from a chat room is the whole trick.
A room bridging into the multiverse doesn't need its own derived key yet — it needed one door left open toward proof that boards aren't only places.
